Ingredients:
20 g Morel mushrooms
250 g Basmati Rice
4 tbsp Cooking oil( your choice)
Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Ginger – 1-inch piece, grated
Green chilli – to taste, finely chopped(optional)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – 8/10 peppercorns
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 1-inch stick
Green cardamom – 2
Black cardamom – 2
Yoghurt – 4 tablespoons
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 1 liter (for soaking morels) and 1 liter for rice
